Who this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Protect & Seal by Titan Pavers of Florida ("Protect & Seal," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through protectsealpavers.com (the "Site"). We provide paver cleaning, re-sanding and sealing services in Brevard County and Satellite Beach, Florida. If you contact us or request an estimate through this Site, this policy applies to you.
What we collect
- Contact and project details you give us — your name, phone number, email address, the surface you want sealed, and anything you type into the notes field of the estimate form.
- Photos you choose to upload — optional pictures of your pavers, described in more detail below.
- Basic technical information — your IP address, approximate location, the pages you view, how you reached the Site, and your device and browser type. This is collected by Google Analytics, described under "Cookies and analytics" below.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver's licence number, financial account numbers, or health information. Please do not send them to us.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
- We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this Site. As of the effective date above, protectsealpavers.com loads exactly one tracking tool — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2X422WTZZF). There is no Meta/Facebook pixel, no TikTok pixel, no Google Ads conversion tag, no Google Tag Manager container, and no session-recording or heat-mapping tool such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
- We do not have an online payment form on this Site, so we never collect card details here.
Why we use it
- To answer your estimate request, price your job, and schedule an on-site visit.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about that request and about our paver sealing services and promotions.
- To administer the promotional offers described on the Site, including the gift-card offer for the first booked Protect & Seal jobs.
- To understand which pages people find useful so we can improve the Site.
- To keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
Photos you send us
The estimate form lets you attach photos of your driveway, patio or pool deck. Photos are resized in your own browser and then sent to us with your request so we can quote more accurately before we visit. We use them to prepare your estimate and to keep a record of the surface's condition before we start work. We will not publish a photo you sent us in our marketing without asking you first. If you would rather not send photos, the form works without them.
Calls and texts
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call and text you — including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice, and SMS text — about your request and about our products, services and promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help, or call us and ask to be removed.
Your mobile number, your opt-in, and any text-message consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This Site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2X422WTZZF) to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address and general location. It is the only analytics or tracking tool on this Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The Site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts, and — only if you upload an iPhone HEIC photo — an image-conversion script from the jsDelivr CDN. Those requests reveal your IP address to those providers in the ordinary course of serving the file.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how a site should respond to that signal, so this Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still limit tracking using the browser and Google Analytics controls described above.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run this Site and our booking system on our behalf — our website host, our lead and scheduling platform (Hively, tryhively.com), and our email and text-messaging providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Google, for the analytics described above.
- Law enforcement, regulators or a court, when the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests, photos and related messages for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you, keep our business and warranty records, and comply with the law. Text-message consent records are kept for at least four years, because that is the period in which a consent dispute can be raised.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling or emailing us using the contact details below, and we will honor valid requests to the extent the law requires. You can stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop marketing email by using the unsubscribe link or telling us. Opting out of marketing does not stop the messages we need to send to complete a job you have already booked.
Children
This Site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this Site and access controls on our booking system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after we post a change means you accept the updated policy.
